Misleading and Disappointing
I recently visited this place with high expectations due to the 40rs ticket, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. There is virtually nothing to see, and the so-called "waterfall" is nothing more than a small river. To make matters worse, visitors aren't even allowed to touch the water. Save your money – this place is definitely not worth the 40rs entrance fee, and I would argue it's not even worth 10rs. It feels like a scam.
Nice place, a small destination to spend some time. We are not allowed to enter into the water as it is too dangerous. But the place has its own beauty and have a slight cool breeze in the evenings which makes us pleasant
It wasn't that crowded.there is no separate parking area. Parking is in the road side. Not recommended to visit during October because getting in water is banned.ticket prices are nominal. No shops nearby for refreshment.but there minght be vendors on wheels during evening.
Just an okayish place.Visit during monsoon time. Ticket fare is 40 rs per head and not at all worthy.
One of the beautiful waterfalls in Malappuram district. It is located 30Km away from Nilambur. It is an ideal location for trekking and swimming.
Loved this spot. Perfect for entering water. The large waterfall part is restricted, but nice view. There are small small falls where we can access safely. Went in winter. Might not be safe in monsoon. Ticket charge 40rs per person. No parking space, which leads to huge rush in the road.
A beautiful location for experiencing the murmur of westerghats. Lots of bird's and butterflies are there around. When you goes There, keep a bath towel so that you Can have a dip in the flowing cold natural stream. ❤️ i love the waterfall.
A well-maintained clean area. Nice place to spend some time in the lap of nature with close ones
Pros:
- Neat and clean Environment
- Safety rails are there for added safety
- Plastic-free zone. Don't carry/ litter plastics
Negative:
- Entrance fee is high (40₹ per head)
